We want you to love your Scamp & Dude purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the delivery note is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
